Our experience working in the billboard industry in both sales and real estate management provides valuable insight into the true value of the revenue a billboard generates as well as the proper share the property owner should be receiving. As part of our service, we also offer assistance for landowners to secure favorable lease terms and manage payments.
Cornerstone works exclusively on a recurring contingency basis for the landowner. Our fees are based on the amount of increased revenues that we obtain for the landowner. Similar to a basic property management company managing the tenants on behalf of the property owner, there will be no out of pocket cost for the landowner and all fees are paid based on the overall increased performance for our clients.
