Steve Snyder
Mr. Snyder is a co founder of Cornerstone Capital Group, LLC. For the 18 years prior to forming Cornerstone Capital, he worked for several small and large billboard operators in the Mid Atlantic Region in leasing and sales management. Mr. Snyder's most recent venture was in developing over 80 billboard structures consisting of over 300 advertising faces in 4 states through several holding companies he formed in 2003 with Mr. Sarkady. Most of these signs were sold to a larger billboard company. Mr. Snyder is a graduate of the University of Maryland.
Steve Sarkady
Mr. Sarkady is a co founder of Cornerstone Capital Group, LLC. Mr. Sarkady has worked in the sales arena for the past 25 years and in addition has owned and assisted with several start up businesses. In September of 2003, he formed a business partnership with Mr. Snyder and together developed and sold over 80 billboard structures and 300 advertising faces located in 4 states. Mr. Sarkady specializes in billboard development and land acquisition as well as billboard lease renegotiations. Mr. Sarkady is a graduate of Clemson University.
